New Bistro, Wine Bar, Lounge Coming to Grove Square

New sign near the Grove Street PATH station announcing a bistro, wine bar, whiskey bar, pizza and speak easy lounge coming soon.

The sign is gone, but the site looks like it is being prepped for a new exterior
