NYTimes Reports Population Growth In and Around Lower Manhattan Since 9/11

A recent article in the New York Times reports there are more "creative and professional workers" in neighborhoods 30 minutes or less from downtown Manhattan since 9/11, in particular the "Newport-Grove Street-Jersey City Heights area".  They cite the relatively easy commute to downtown as one of the main reasons for the growth trend.
