The Wall Street Jounal reports that Toll Brothers and AECOM have announced a 417-unit luxury rental building to be built at 160 Morgan Street in the Powerhouse district of downtown Jersey City.
The building will be part of "Provost Square", a three building project that includes a total of 925 residential units as well as a performing arts center, a pedestrian plaza, retail space and parking spaces.
Building will start this spring with leasing projected to begin in early 2015.
