US Masters Residential Property Fund's Tour of Jersey City

US Masters Residential Property Fund, the Australian property trust that has been buying up properties in Hudson county and around the metro NYC area, recently hosted a three-day investment seminar including a walking tour of the area and their properties around downtown Jersey City.

    It's interesting that most of the investment properties they buy are in lower-income neighborhoods (Greenville, WNY, etc) so the obvious question is: where are the lower income people who now live in these neighborhoods supposed to move to once this Australian investment firm jacks the rent through the roof?
