Wells Fargo has announced that their CityLIFTSM program will be available in Jersey City. Through the program potential homebuyers may qualify for down payment assistance program and reserve funds, up to $15,000 in Jersey City.
A homebuyer workshop on will take place on Friday, June 7 to Saturday, June 8 from 10 am to 7 pm at Pier 94 in Manhattan (711 12th Avenue).
