61 Erie Street is now currently renting six gut-renovated two bedroom apartments ranging in price from $2650-$2950/month.

The retail space on the ground floor is also available for rent.  The attractive front windows and outdoor space in the back would make it a great restaurant.

Update (10/24/14): The ground floor retail now has signage and will be Prato Bakery.

    Finally - they've been working on this for a long time! Very curious to see what's going to happen on the ground floor!
