Many Great Events Planned in Jersey City This Weekend: April 26-27, 2014

We are finally starting to get some warm weather so this weekend should be a great one to enjoy the outdoors!

Saturday, April 26, 2014 (10 am to 4 pm)
At Liberty State Park
Earth Day 2014 5K Run/Walk & Fair
Hudson County Improvement Authority's annual Earth Day celebration in Liberty State Park will begin with a 5K run/walk followed by a family-friendly fair from 11 am to 4 pm, including kids activities, tree seedlings, arts and crafts and live entertainment.

At Riverview-Fisk Park
Annual Big Spring Cleanup at Riverview Fisk Park
Riverview Neighborhood Association is hosting the 3rd Annual Big Spring Cleanup. Help clean the park and neighborhood! Also great chance to clear out old items for donation. Check the list for acceptable items.

The Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery is throwing their annual spring festival fundraiser on Sunday, April 27th starting at noon.

At Lincoln Inn, 13 Lincoln Street, The Heights
An afternoon of music and art at the Lincoln Inn to support the Jersey City Reservoir Preservation Alliance. Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at door, kids under 12 free.
