Jersey City resident and event producer Laura Irizarry recently launched her business Let's Just Celebrate after noticing how many kids parties were taking place all around Jersey City, especially in the parks and the communal spaces of the buildings down by the waterfront.

Laura was inspired to make affordable party kits for parents so that their parties could look really pretty and unique but still be doable without all the researching, planning, and running around to gather the various party supplies.
