The Real Deal Reports Record $2.8M Condo Sale in Jersey City's 77 Hudson

The Real Deal recently reported a new record-setting price for a condo in Jersey City: a whopping $2.8M for a two-bedroom, 2,100 square foot penthouse at the luxury 77 Hudson building in the Paulus Hook / Exchange Place area of Jersey City.

And this record could be broken again soon.  There are two unsold 77 Hudson penthouse units with even higher asking prices.
