Ribbon-Cutting at The Art House Leasing Office and Art Gallery on Friday, June 6, 2014

The Art House is celebrating the opening of their leasing office and art gallery at 109 Columbus Drive with a ribbon-cutting with Mayor Fulop this Friday, June 6th at 5 pm.  RSVP to events(at)TheArtHouseJC.com

Not to be confused with Art House Productions, this Art House is a 119-unit rental building at 148 First Street that boasts luxury residences and amenities such as a rooftop deck, pool and yoga room.

According to their website, current available units range from a 439 square foot studio/1 bath for $2,045 up to a 1,220 square foot 2 bedroom/1 bath for $4,945.
