Even though Halloween is now over there are still many post-Halloween and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations today and this weekend in downtown Jersey City:

Friday, November 1st:

Starts at 5 pm: Día de Los Muertos Fiesta at Orale Mexican Kitchen (341 Grove St)

Starts at 7 pm: The Phantom's Masquerade at Loew's Jersey Theatre (54 Journal Square)

Starts at 8 pm: 9th and Coles Tavern 4th Annual Halloween Bash (174 Coles Street) 

10:30 pm to 12:30 am: Blue Moon Mexican Cafe Día de Los Muertos Celebration (117 Montgomery Street)

Saturday, November 2nd:

4 pm tp 7 pm: Howllaween Party for Pups at K9dergarten (173 Newark Ave)

5 pm to 2 am: Día de los Muertos Art Exhibition and Party at LITM (140 Newark Avenue)

9:30 pm to 12 am: Día de los Muertos performances at The Dopeness (332 Second St)

11 pm: Saturday DECA-Dance presents Porto Masquerade at Porto Lounge (286 First St)
