Construction on Battello Restaurant Underway

Battello Restaurant, the new restaurant at 502 Washington Blvd (the former location of Michael Anthony's), is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation.

You may recognize Brunelleschi as the design, development and general contracting firm of HGTV's Kitchen Cousins Anthony Carrino and John Colaneri, so it is pretty safe to say their high-end design combined with Battello's direct waterfront and NYC views will surely culminate in a beautiful, one-of-kind space.

Battello's executive chef Ryan DePersio, a former finalist on Food Network's Chopped, was also on the Today Show on Monday (you can watch the clip here).
